Brianna is an Associate at Daniel Brantley whose practice mainly involves the areas of commercial litigation, investment, banking, finance and fintech, and trusts.

Brianna has undertaken work in areas such as cryptocurrency mining, the enforcement of arbitration awards, the finality and conclusiveness of default judgments obtained abroad, estate planning and tax consequences to companies incorporated and or doing business in Nevis, the transfer of domicile of companies, residency requirements, and the Citizenship by Investment programme.

Brianna holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with First Class Honours from City, University of London, where she graduated with the highest average in her year. She thereafter obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Bar Professional Training (now the Bar Practice Course) at the City Law School. Brianna also holds a Master of Law in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge, where she wrote papers in International Commercial Litigation, International Financial Law, International Investment Law, and Advanced Private Law.
