Terms of Use of Payment Portal

Payment is due within 14 days of receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Daniel Brantley reserves the right to require a retainer or advance payment for legal services.

Daniel Brantley accepts payments through various methods such as wire transfer and credit card payment through our online payment portal. Information relating to methods of payment is detailed in the engagement agreement, retainer or invoice, as applicable.

Credit Card Payment
By using your credit card to make a payment, you authorize the credit card issuer to charge the full amount to your card, including any applicable fees or interest charges.

By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card for the agreed upon amount. We reserve the right to reject any transactions that we deem to be suspicious or fraudulent.

Payment Security
Daniel Brantley takes security seriously and as a result we have implemented industry-standard security measures to protect your payment details while making online payments. We cannot however guarantee the security of any information you provide online and therefore do not take any responsibility for any unauthorized access, fraud, or other security breaches that may occur during this process.

If you suspect fraudulent activity on your account, you should contact your credit card issuer immediately.
