Gabriella joined Daniel Brantley in October 2023, and is an Associate at the Firm.
Prior to joining the Firm, Gabriella interned with magic circle firm, Linklaters LLP, and was a Contract Law Research Assistant at University College London (UCL).
Her practice at the Firm primarily involves the areas of general litigation, and general corporate and commercial transactional matters.
Gabriella has undertaken work in areas such as trusts, estate planning, breach of contract and general contract law matters, taxation consequences to companies incorporated and or doing business in Nevis, torts and personal injury matters.
Gabriella holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree with Honours from UCL. She thereafter completed the Barrister Training Course (formerly the BPTC) at BPP University. Gabriella also holds a Master of Laws in Legal Practice (Bar) from BPP University, which focused on the area of unjust enrichment.
Gabriella is also an ADR ODR International Accredited Civil/Commercial Mediator, and an ADR ODR International Accredited Digital Dispute Resolution Specialist.
Gabriella is also the founder of the Nevis Youth Careers Expo, an annual careers fair for the school-leaving students of Nevis.
