Notice of Fee Adjustment for Nevis Financial Services and Offshore Entities

Daniel Brantley would like to inform all clients of the recent adjustments to the Government fees payable in relation to the following entities:

i. Nevis International Business Corporations (IBCs)

ii. Nevis Limited Liability Corporations (LLCs)

iii. Nevis International Exempt Trusts

iv. Nevis Multiform Foundations

The new fees are effective from 1st April 2025.
