We appreciate your trust in our services and hope that you are satisfied with same. In the event that you are considering a refund, please see the below. Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute, please contact our law firm immediately to resolve the issue. Any dispute resolution shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the engagement agreement or retainer.
Refunds for Unused Retainers
If the client has paid a retainer fee upfront, Daniel Brantley may offer a refund for any unused portion if the client terminates the services before the retainer is depleted.
No Refunds for Hourly Billing or Expenses
If any lawyer at Daniel Brantley bills a client on an hourly basis, they may not offer any refunds for services already rendered.
Daniel Brantley may not offer refunds for expenses incurred on behalf of the client, such as court fees, filing fees, or expert witness fees.
