The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis Remains Compliant with the EU

As of 17th October 2023 the Council of the EU has added Antigua and Barbuda, Belize and the Seychelles to the EU list of non-cooperative jurisdictions for tax purposes. The jurisdictions of the British Virgin Islands, Costa Rica, and the Marshall Islands were removed from the EU list on even date.

The EU list now consists of 16 jurisdictions which have been identified as not having engaged in constructive dialogue with the EU on tax governance or have failed to deliver on their commitments to implement the necessary reforms.

The Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis remains compliant and therefore remains a cooperative jurisdiction for tax purposes.
